After my parents experienced a loss in their home in 2004, I saw them struggle through the process of handling a claim. They were drowning in paper work, had no understanding of the claim process, or what they were entitled to. They were advocating for themselves, but didn't have the knowledge or experience needed to succeed. I knew there had to be a better way. As a result, I studied and trained to become a Licensed Public Adjuster. Apart from representing Florida homeowners, I also enjoy working as an Expert Witness for Insurance Claim trials, as well as serving as an Umpire to help others solve their claim disputes. I like to make sure all my clients get my Cell Phone number and they know they can reach out to me personally for any questions or concerns. I pride myself in providing a personal service.

Operations Manager, Public Adjuster

Jaday manages our office and makes sure everything is running smoothly. Her experience as a Public Adjuster and Appraiser allows her to assist Jogly in the claim handling process, speeding up the process and getting claims paid faster. She has a background in Business and Information Technology. Jaday makes sure we are always up to date with the latest technology and software to better serve our customers. She also makes the best Cortaditos.

Case Manager

Jassandra oversees our cases, ensures they are up to date and all required documentation is submitted on time. She has a background in International Business and Marketing, making her a real asset to our team. She takes care of the details, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Jassandra holds a bachelors in international business and has over 7 years of experience in Xactimate.
